Understanding How Childhood Experiences
Impact Health

In honour of Mental Health Awareness Week (May 3rd to 9th) and in partnership with the Saint John Self-Healing Communities Team, we hosted a free online event for the public to learn more about how ACEs impact our health.  Two ACE Interface Master Trainers, Heather Doyle and Jasmine Chandra, provided teaching on the science behind ACEs, the original ACE study, and resiliency. Use the button below to watch a short video highlighting the science of resilience.
